She possesses a strong background in financial reporting and analysis, particularly for small, scaling businesses. EDUCATION
April holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and a Master’s of Accounting, both from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is currently working towards the CMA (Certified Management Accounting) designation, having passed the first part of the exam.

Outside of her work in finance, April has several passions. Yoga is a significant part of her life and she moonlights as a yoga instructor. She also loves international travel and has combined her passions through leading international yoga retreats. April enjoys writing, maintaining a personal blog and a travel blog. She also enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, visiting Denver parks, and attending sporting events. April values close relationships, particularly with her mother and sister, her partner, and a close group of friends.
