EDUCATION
Jonabell earned her Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines Los Banos. Although she initially aspired to study accountancy, driven by her love for math, scholarship limitations led her to pursue a science-based course like Food Technology. She has attended various seminars, including those on coaching in the workplace and HACCP certification, though she does not hold formal licenses.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Jonabell began her career as a QA Specialist at a leading food company in the Philippines, a role she held for four years. Her responsibilities included conducting line audits, monitoring, data entry, training new employees, and assisting in updating SOPs.
She was then promoted to a QA Supervisory role within the same company, serving for three years. In this capacity, she provided administrative and technical support to managerial-level leaders. Her work involved creating SOPs, managing digital filing organization, and leading internal projects focused on improving line efficiency and quality scores. She also led and mentored an 11-member team of QA specialists, assisting them with troubleshooting line problems, decision-making, and technical support. Furthermore, she collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve line issues and customer complaints. After proving her capabilities in providing support to management, Jonabell decided to transition to an executive assistant/administrator role to work directly with CEOs, COOs, and founders, which led her to Level10 CFO®.

Jonabell is the eldest child and has been the family’s breadwinner since a young age, supporting her own education through scholarship grants. She identifies as an extrovert. Outside of work, she enjoys hobbies such as journaling, listening to podcasts, and reading books. She is also an avid fan of Kpop groups like BTS and Blackpink and Studio Ghibli movies. Jonabell has a passion for traveling, seeking to experience different cultures, meet new people, and explore new environments. She has already visited 19 out of the 81 provinces in the Philippines.
